Room size: Medium. There’s enough room to use free weights or do some walking lunges, however it would be crowded if you had more than 4 people using the facility.

The view: there’s no view due to its position inside the middle of the hotel
Special mentions: the on site café are more than obliging to cook meals to your dietry requirements. Complimentary water at reception is infused with lemon, fruits etc.
Staff can direct you to some great running routes which will take you down to the Sydney Harbour. The walk down to Sydney Harbour is also a great workout due to the steep hills.
